How we use your data

Your supply enquiry

Submitting the form sends your product selection, company name, email or phone number, destination city, planned volume and any requirements you enter. Volume and requirements are optional. Your enquiry is sent over HTTPS to our site server hosted by Beget and delivered to our corporate mailbox sales@caffino.ru.

We use these details to respond to your request and discuss products, samples, prices and delivery. Consent in the form covers your enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include passport, payment or other information that is unnecessary for a supply discussion.

Technical data and your shortlist

To limit automated submissions and duplicate emails, the server temporarily uses technical hashes and enquiry numbers. Enquiry contents are not saved in a separate website database: the working copy is delivered to corporate email. Hosting server logs may contain technical request information.

Your shortlist stores product identifiers only in your browser local storage. Contact details are not stored there. You can clear the selection within the shortlist. Copying or downloading enquiry text requires your action. No analytics or advertising pixels are connected on this site.

For questions about the use or deletion of enquiry details, email info@caffino.ru and include the enquiry number if available.
